Every part of the car show is set up to keep things clear, organized, and fair for everyone involved. From entry to judging, these guidelines make sure every build gets a proper shot, and the event runs the way it should.

1. All registered and paid cars, trucks, and motorcycles are eligible for judging and awards
2. Entry cost for all events is $20
3. Trophies are awarded based on participation, with approximately 25% of registered entries receiving awards
4. Registration runs from 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM and will close at that time without exception
5. Judges are not professionals, and all vehicles are judged fairly based on overall presentation
